Returns & Refunds Policy

We want return conditions to be clear before you purchase. This policy applies to orders placed through Pharma Kuwait.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible returns

• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• Any hygiene, protective or product seal must remain intact.
• You should provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Opened or used personal-care products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetic, hair-care and body-care products are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered.

Change-of-mind returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. The original delivery fee is not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and, where useful, photos of the item and packaging. If the item is confirmed as damaged, defective or incorrect, Pharma Kuwait will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund and will cover the reasonable return or redelivery cost.

How to request a return

1. Email [email protected] or call/WhatsApp +96596639965 within the 14-day window.
2. Provide your order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending or handing over the product.

Refund timing

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, Pharma Kuwait will initiate the approved refund within 7 business days. Card or KNET posting times may vary by bank or payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund will be arranged through an available method agreed with the customer.

Order cancellation

If an order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, the return conditions above apply.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law in Kuwait.
